This beautiful matching set, which by the way bear the Heubach sunburst mark on *each* one, stand an impressive 8.0" tall, and are handpainted in a lovely shade of dark burgundy & white with touches of gold gilt (also the father figure has coralene snowbaby type decoration on his green suspenders), while their bases are a soft pastel shade ~ superb! The young wife carries their little girl or boy in one hand while in the other hand she carries her husband's refreshment in what looks like a milk pitcher. :) Charming family scene of Victorian country life, with the father chopping wood, whereas the mother takes care of the baby & is dressed for house work, complete with old-fashioned dairy outfit & apron. They're both in excellent vintage condition, however the man's neck does have a repair and there's what appears to be a little stress line around his left shoulder, also the mother has a teeny tiny pinprick of missing paint on the front of her skirt; these things are mentioned for accuracy only, as they really are unnoticeable; heads, hands, feet, fingers, arms, legs, pitcher, scarf, coloring, et al, perfect! They would make a wonderful addition to your exquisite doll collection, or else a fabulous gift for that Heubach Fan!
Any questions, please feel free to ask & I will answer to the best of my ability. S/h/i via Priority Mail will be F-R-E-E for *both* USA & Worldwide! :) All sales are final. Thanks for understanding.
Please view my other antique and vintage bisque & porcelain figures ~ much appreciated ~ as I am happy to combine shipping whenever possible. Happy Bidding!
