Icelandic harpoon from Iceland single flute for hunting whales other large sea animals. The harpoon is made of wrought iron and measures 40 inches long in total length. The flute is 2 inches long. The shaft has been decorated with bamboo and wrapped with bronze  wiring. My grandfather brought it back around 40 years ago from a trip to Iceland. This harpoon is in excellent condition.
