You are bidding on this
American made multi-banded banquet table. It
has a swirl mahogany field with satinwood
and rosewood bandings around the perimeter.
This extra wide table is 54" wide and it
reaches out to about 157". The table
is very sturdy whether the leaves are in or
not. The finish is thick, clear and
rubbed out to shine like glass. The apron is
about 2.5" wide which means you can still
sit around this table comfortably without
banging the tops of you legs into it.
Tables like this would normally sell for
10-12k in furniture showrooms. In our
cost effective warehouse, we can do about
half that price. The color of
this table is accurate on my screen but it
can further be described a brown
mahogany. It is not a dark finish. I have
about 4 styles of chairs that I recommend
with this table. When shipping this
table, I remove the steel slides and it is
packed as two pieces.

OVERVIEW OF POLICY
PAYMENT:
We have a 7 day payment policy for
customers winning auctions online;
however, winning bidders must click
through our ‘check out’ immediately
after the auction. This ‘check out’
link can be found on top of the
product ad. We accept PayPal (in
most instances), money orders,
certified checks, personal checks,
Master Card, Visa and cash. AMEX can
be used for pick up customers only.
Items unpaid for may be
re-listed, sold to back bidders or
sold at a local auction house after
the 10th day.
SALES TAX:
New Jersey residents pay New Jersey
Sales Tax. Out of state customers
who make a purchase from there home
do not pay this tax. Out of state
customers who visit our warehouse
and make a purchase in our state
must pay sales tax.
ALL
SALES FINAL:
All
sales are final. No returns, refunds
or exchanges.
SHIPPING TIME:
The shipping we do falls into three
categories and shipping time will
vary amongst these categories. These
times are industry standard and
since we have no control over
variables affecting these times, we
can not guarantee these times to be
overly accurate.
1) “MOTOR CARRIER”: Motor carrier
freight usually arrives in 10 days
to 2 weeks.
2) “BLANKET WRAP”: Blanket wrappers
generally ask 4-6 weeks shipping
time beginning from the time of pick
up. Sometimes it takes 2 weeks for a
pick up.
3) “INTERNATIONAL”: International
shipping times will vary, but a
general rule of thumb is 8 weeks for
overseas shipments and 3 weeks to
Canada. Port to Port.
SHIPPING PRICES:
Our
on-line shipping calculator does not
calculate insurance. When we quote
shipping we are estimating. Buyer
pays all shipping costs and we can
only guarantee to be within 10% of
our estimate.
PICKING UP ITEMS:
If you intend to pick up the item,
make sure you can comply with our
warehouse hours. There is a $25 pick
up fee. Customers who use there own
shipping companies will also be
charged this fee. To arrange for
pick-up or to obtain warehouse

SHIPPING, PACKAGING AND DAMAGE
LIABILITY:
Most online sellers of furniture
pass packaging responsibility to the
shipper, we do not. We take pride in
packing furniture and readying it
for shipping. We use two and three
times the packing compared to
industry standards. We use heavier
corrugations and thicker Styrofoam
whenever packing or prepping
furniture for delivery companies.
Most of the times we pack chairs in
commercial bins and break down
pedestals to further ensure a safe
delivery. We are not responsible
if an item is damaged in shipping.
Most carriers offer insurance to
cover damage. Please ask for
insurance options if you want this
coverage. Insurance is arranged
between the buyer and the carrier.
OVERVIEW OF MERCHANDISE
MERCHANDISE:
We are not a retail furniture dealer
and do not represent ourselves as
such. We are an antique and used
furniture dealer. The merchandise we
sell falls into two categories:
1) “SECONDS”: the vast majority of
the merchandise is the result of
consignment deals, auctions, house
sales, freight damage, overruns,
insurance sales, floor samples,
discontinued trade-ins and other
secondary markets.
2) “FIRST QUALITY”: a small amount
of merchandise is made by furniture
manufactures and craftsman for us.
This typically includes some chairs
and case goods and sometimes
tables. New furniture is not
necessarily branded. If the
furniture is not branded, we
generally refer to these goods by
region of origin.
REPAIRS:
Some items may have been repaired.
Typical repairs include, but are not
limited to: touch-ups, refinishing
and replacement of pedestals,
skirts, slides and legs with
non-factory original parts. We do
not warranty or guaranty repairs or
replacement parts.
FINISHES, VENEERS AND SOLIDS:
Over time some veneers and solids,
specifically swirly crotch mahogany,
will have a tendency to cause small
hairline cracks in the finish known
as “checking”. This is a common
phenomenon and most major
manufactures provide disclaimers for
this risk. We can not predict if or
when this phenomenon will occur, or
how severe it will be. We do not
warranty finishes and/or veneers or
solids for quality or longevity
whether a problem is due to
“checking” or any other problem.
This applies whether the finish is
factory original, our finish, or the
finish is a third party.
Condition
Green
items are immaculate with minor imperfections.
Yellow items have imperfections but no
major detractions .
Red items need restoring or repair work.
