You are bidding on a ceramic dog with a tape measure that pulls out of his left side behind his rear paw.  He also has a scissors that sticks in a slot on his nose and looks like eye glasses. Tape measure pulls out to 35".  Approximately 6" x 2.5" Believe this is from the 1950's. It belonged to my aunt.  She was 90 when she passed about 18 years ago.
