Vintage Singer Bentwood Sewing Machine Case No Reserve
Untitled Vintage Singer Bentwood Sewing Machine Case No Reserve Up for auction is a very nice, not perfect, Singer Bentwood Sewing Machine case from the mid 20's for use with Singer models, 99, 99k, 99-13, 128, 192, 192k, 185, 185k, 185j, 285, 285k, 285j, or any other Singer 3/4 size sewing machine. Wood is in nice shape, all lamination is very good with the exception of one small chip on one of the sides (pictured). Finish is very nice for it's age, with just a couple small scuffs and scratches, and a little fading (all visible in the pictures). Not bad at all for 80+ years of handling. The only thing I am missing from this very clean unit is the key (needed to lock the top lid down), but those can be bought from ebay, Singer dealers, or any locksmith. In the compartment to the right is an area for accessory storage, or for storing your foot controller. Case will be very carefully packed and shipped via UPS fully insured. Singer mounting hinges are still installed in the base, and the carry handle on top is strong and sturdy. This case is the perfect addition to any Singer 3/4 sized machine owner who would like to make their Singer 100% portable, and do it in an Authentic Era correct Singer case.
